Vegan Korea- Jukjeon and Seoul

Last time we were in Korea, we visited many vegetarian restaurants in Seoul, Daegu, and Geonggi-do. Most of our stay, this trip has been on the farm in the east, where we feasted on home and locally grown mountain vegetables.

We are spending the last few days out of the country and thought i’d share some of our vegan finds.

Last trip we made, we were super excited to find and support the several Sticky Fingers Vegan Bakeries found in Seoul.  This trip we found one counter located in the basement of the Shinsegae Department Store in Jukjeon.

Sticky Fingers! No Milk! No Butter! No Egg! No Problem!

We had a busy day in Seoul and stopped by  one  vegan restaurant in Insadong:

This was run by the Supreme Master people.  They had some veggie literature using some familiar PETA literature and adding their own additions:

They also had photos of famous vegetarians, but not sure if they adequately fact checked:

Was Jesus a Vegetarian? Would he liked to be placed right next to Pamela Lee?

But the Food was excellent:

Dinner was at SoSim and it was Amazing.

There were 14 Different Kinds of banchan side dishes:
